October 9-18, 2015 – Israel – 2015 AEA Biblical Studies Travel – The AEA Biblical Studies team experienced the Bible coming to life by walking in His footsteps, as they spent time in fellowship in one of the most powerful settings on earth! The studies involved in the 2015 travel included:
–Mount Carmel, Nazareth, the Church of Annunciation and Cana of Galilee
–Kibbutz Nof Ginosar – museum that houses the famous “Jesus Boat”, Sea of Galilee Cruise, Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes and Tabgha – sight of the multiplication of the loaves & fish.
—Yardenit – for the opportunity to be baptized in the Jordan River by the attending Bishop & ministerial team
–Garden of Gethsemane for personal reflection & prayer, Church of All Nations, Church of Peter in Galicantu & the room of the Last Supper on the top of Mt. Zion
–Wailing Wall, Southern Stairs excavations, Davidson Archaeological Center, traditional Shabbat service
–Day of Teaching, Praise, & Worship in continuation of the Sabbath
–Passion of Yeshua (Jesus), Pool of Bethesda, Church of St. Anna, Eche Homo, Calvary & communion at the Garden Tomb of the Resurrection.
–Special visit to the Knesset/Ministry of Tourism, etc. and the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial
